Within 28 days of receipt
If your purchase develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will generally exchange
or refund the item provided it is in 'as new' condition when returned to us. This
does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there
will be no refund or exchange. If you do need to return your item within the first
28 days then please call our Customer Service department on 0870 225 0909. We will
arrange for your item to be collected or send you pre-paid packaging for your return.
Upon receipt, your product will need to be inspected before replacement/reimbursement
can occur.
After 28 days of receipt
For all PURE items within 1 year of receipt, please contact us for a returns (RMA) number,
then return it to us. We will forward the item to PURE for repair or replacement.
In all other cases, if your purchase develops a fault and is still within
its advertised guarantee period, you will be responsible for returning the product
directly to the manufacturer; they will arrange to repair and return, or replace
the product to you.
This policy does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or
misuse for which there can be no refund, repair or exchange.

Damaged Goods
In all cases, we request that you attempt to check your delivery upon receipt. If
signing for goods that are damaged, please sign as "damaged" or "unchecked" if you
are unable to check at the time of delivery. In the unlikely event that your order
is received damaged, please contact us immediately and ensure that you retain the
original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your DAB World order
number and with the details of the problem and we will arrange to replace or refund
your order, whichever you prefer. It is your responsibility to notify us of any
damaged or incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
