In Stock
We will normally despatch your order on the next working day (Monday to Friday,
Bank Holidays excluded). You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 working
days, however please allow up to 7 working days.
Please note, we only delivery to the UK mainland
Stock due in soon
If your item is not in stock and is showing as Stock due in soon, expect
to receive your order between 7 and 21 working days.
Tax Charges
VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% is included on all orders.
Credit Card Security
All credit and debit card transactions are protected using 128 bit encryption from
GeoTrust.
Your credit or debit card details are not stored following the on-line transaction.
We simply retain an authorisation code from your card issuer.
Although your transaction is authorised on-line, we will not charge your credit
or debit card until we despatch your order.
Guarantee
Every product purchased from us is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months (many have
a 2 year warranty), dependent on the individual manufacturer. Please see our Returns
Policy for items that develop a fault
The above guarantee does not cover physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid
immersion or spillage.
All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

What we do about mispricings
Despite our best efforts, there remains the possibility that catalogue items may
be inadvertently mispriced. However, we do verify our prices as part of our despatch
procedure. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge
the lower amount and send you the item. If a product's correct price is higher than
our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.
